Mrs. Pitt continues to experience culture shock even after more than two years living in the U.S. This is not all together surprising as I continue to get punches on my "gaijin" card while living in Japan. I constantly must remind myself that Mrs. Pitt has lived in the U.S. Her latest experience is actually humorous. We've recently purchased a membership to the local YMCA so I can take part in Spin classes and Mrs. Pitt can do stretch, yoga, and pilates classes. Well, the other day Mrs. Pitt was in the locker room and saw a woman go into one of the stalls. Later she heard some, well let's just say it was grunting coming from the stall. Needless to say she was a little shocked by the grunting.
