Back on January 13th, I posted that I weighed 297.7lbs.

Well this morning I got on the scale and it spit out the number 291.2.

That's a loss of 6.5lbs in 17 days!

I've gotten very strict again about eating no carbs or sugars again. I've also started exercising regularly, having done 2 workouts on the spin bike already. I took yesterday off to recover.

My goal is 5 workouts per week.

I'll post an updated picture on February 13th, along with another status update.
