The COVID Chronicles #46: Statistical Updates

The number of active cases in Cochise County is now up to 568 active cases. That's nearly 90 new cases since Wednesday. We have 12 active cases in our zip code for Old Mining Town, but the highest concentration of active cases continues to be in the town of Douglas, now with 244 active cases.  Given the spike/surge happening everywhere else in the country, I doubt it will be long before our governor issues another stay at home order or something similar to what was in effect this spring.

Wife and I have finished making 2 new bookcases from scrap pieces of old bookcases that we disassembled prior to our move from 1.5 Mile Mountain Town to Desert River City 5 years ago. These "new" bookcases are going to be gifts for friends of ours who have an aversion to purchasing new furniture, which means their growing daughter has little storage for her toys and other accessories. No pictures to show however.

All for today!
